winner winner chicken dinner!
Been meaning to see this movie ever since it hit the big screen a while back, I finally got a chance to see it early Tuesday morning at about 2:30am right after seeing the best movie ever made. Anywho, anyone who knows me knows that i’m a blackjack fanatic, I practice on my iphone everyday. Matter of fact me and my boys hit up the Mystic Lake Casino this past weekend on some BlackJack hustle.
Compared to movies like Ocean’s Eleven or Casino Royale, 21 is more like a simple story of a bunch of college kids beating the system, rather than suave men and dashing secret agents coming in to disrupt a drug cartel or a corrupt casino mogul.
This movie got me counting and planning a trip to vegas, I give it an A
And as for “THE DARK KNIGHT” A++

THE DARK KNIGHT (IMAX) REVIEW
eightSeven | July 16, 2008
Forget the great things you’ve heard about The Dark Knight. No matter how lavish the praise or how determined the hyperbole, it’s all understatement. The Dark Knight is I suppose the greatest superhero movie ever made, but it’s so far beyond the limited men in tights genre that attempting to compare it with movies like Spider-Man, Superman, or even Batman Begins is almost laughable. Director Christopher Nolan’s film trumps everything and everyone, including himself. It’s not just the best superhero movie ever made, it’s one of the best movies ever to show up in a theater.
More than a film about a man in a mask trying to stop the bad guy or save the innocent, it’s the story of a city and its people trapped between….

“The Dark Knight” reunites director Christopher Nolan with star Christian Bale, who returns to continue Batman’s war on crime. With the help of Lieutenant Jim Gordon (Gary Oldman) and District Attorney Harvey Dent (Aaron Eckhart), Batman sets out to destroy organized crime in Gotham for good. The triumvirate proves to be effective, but they soon find themselves prey to a rising criminal mastermind known as the Joker (Heath Ledger), who thrusts Gotham into anarchy and forces the Dark Knight ever closer to crossing the fine line between hero and vigilante.
